From phone call to Job Alert
When the AI finishes a call, it does not push a booking straight into your diary. Instead, it compiles everything the caller said into a Job Alert — a structured summary your team can act on. This is deliberate: you know your ramp capacity, which jobs need longer than expected, and which customers need a callback before confirming.
What a Job Alert includes
- Caller name and phone number
- Vehicle registration
- Service or repair requested (MOT, interim service, brakes, etc.)
- Preferred date and time if the caller gave one
- Any notes from the conversation (e.g. warning light, urgency)
- Timestamp and call recording link if enabled
Your team confirms manually
