Before you start
- AI Receptionist add-on enabled on your AskMike account
- Your AskMike AI phone number from the dashboard
- Access to the mobile that receives customer calls
Use the guided wizard
The easiest route is the call forwarding wizard in your dashboard. Choose your network, enter your AI number and follow the dial codes on screen.
Test the setup
- Call your garage number from another phone
- Let the call ring out without answering
- Confirm the AI receptionist picks up and captures details
- Check a Job Alert appears in your AskMike dashboard
