Connect your Google review link
Add the correct Google review URL so Review Assistant sends customers to the right place.
Find your review link
- Open Google Business Profile for your garage
- Go to Ask for reviews (or Get more reviews)
- Copy the short link Google provides
Add it in AskMike
In your dashboard, open Review Assistant settings and paste the link into the Google review URL field. Save changes before marking jobs complete — requests only send when the link is valid.
When requests go out
Review Assistant emails customers after you mark a job complete. The email includes your Google review link and tracks when a request was sent.
