Send 1–2 hours after collection, not while they are still on site. See review request timing for why.

- Appreciate you taking the time, [Name]. Glad the service went well — we will see you for the MOT.
Reply templates — negative
- Sorry to hear this, [Name]. That is not the experience we aim for. Please call us on [number] so we can look into it properly.
